The invention discloses a welding-free waterproof structure of a curtain wall. The welding-free waterproof structure of the curtain wall comprises a waterproof transverse beam, an upper waterproof rubber edge, a lower waterproof rubber edge, a waterproof plate and a curtain wall plate assembly. The waterproof transverse beam is fixed to a stand column, an upper hanging lug clamping groove which isupwards open perpendicularly extends out of a vertical face of the waterproof transverse beam, a waterproof plate clamping groove which is upwards open is formed between the upper hanging lug clamping groove and the vertical face of the waterproof transverse beam, and an upper rubber edge clamping groove and a lower rubber edge clamping groove are formed in the top and the bottom of the waterproof transverse beam. The upper waterproof rubber edge and the lower waterproof rubber edge are fixedly arranged in the corresponding clamping grooves, the top and the bottom of the waterproof plate aretightly pressed on the different lower and upper waterproof rubber edges, and the lower end of the waterproof plate is buckled in the waterproof plate clamping groove. The curtain wall plate assemblyis of an integrated structure and comprises a curtain wall plate, and a hanging lug structure is arranged on the reverse side of the curtain wall plate assembly and is hung in the upper hanging lug clamping groove. According to the welding-free waterproof structure of the curtain wall, the curtain wall is spliced to be formed in an installation mode, welding is not required in the installation process, and therefore manpower and material resources can be saved, the construction period can be guaranteed, the construction safety can also be greatly improved, and the environmental protection requirement can be met.
