The invention provides a fabricated connecting structure of a ceiling and a decorative wall plate. A connecting keel is fixedly connected to a building wall, a female corner line is mounted between the top surface of the decorative wall plate and the bottom surface of the ceiling, and the female corner line comprises a bottom line unit and a top line unit; the cross section of the bottom line unitis n-shaped, the top of the ceiling is clamped into the bottom line unit, the cross section of the top line unit is C-shaped, and the opening of the top line unit faces the building wall; and the topsurface of the top line unit is further provided with an upward extending connecting plate, the connecting plate is perpendicular to the top surface of the top line unit, the side edge of the ceilingis clamped between the connecting plate and the top line unit, and the connecting plate is fixedly connected to the connecting keel through screws. The invention further provides a mounting method. Compared with the prior art, the fabricated connecting structure can effectively eliminate the corner gap caused by uneven contact between the wall plate and the ceiling, thereby effectively improvingthe appearance effect at the female corner.
