The invention discloses an accessory used for building ceiling plastering and a building ceiling plastering method. The accessory is in a strip shape, mounting plates (1) and perforated panels (2) arearranged in the length direction of the accessory, and the perforated panels are located below the mounting plates in the height direction. The number of the perforated panels is more than one, and the two ends of any perforated panel are connected with the corresponding mounting plates through connecting plates (7). A mounting hole (4) is formed in each mounting plate, and a rectangular hole (3)is formed in each perforated panel. A first rib (5) is arranged on one long side of each hole from one short side of the hole to the middle of the length of the hole. A second rib (6) is arranged onthe other long side of each hole from the other short side of the hole to the middle of the length of the hole. The first ribs and the second ribs are all upward. The building ceiling plastering method is further disclosed. The above accessory is adopted in the method. The accessory is mainly used for building ceiling plastering, safety hazards can be eliminated, mortar materials can be saved, andthe plastering quality can be improved.
