Automatic caulking device
The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering and particularly discloses an automatic caulking device. The device comprises a storage cylinder barrel, a plunger mechanism and a roller mechanism, wherein the storage cylinder barrel is used for storing a joint mixture, and a discharging outlet is formed in the lower end of the storage cylinder barrel; the plunger mechanism is arrangedinside or outside the storage cylinder barrel in a telescopic mode and used for opening and closing the discharging outlet; and the roller mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the discharging outlet and fixedly connected with the plunger mechanism, and can be limited in a gap in a rolling mode during caulking. During caulking, by applying downward pressure to the storage cylinder barrel, theplunger mechanism retracts to open the discharging outlet, and the joint mixture in the storage cylinder barrel flows out of the discharging outlet and is driven by rolling of the roller mechanism toflow into the gap, so that the gap is filled. According to the automatic caulking device provided by the invention, automatic deviation rectification and fast caulking can be achieved.
