A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention provides an external wall tiling machine which comprises a workbench, a lifting mechanism, a material conveying mechanism, a material ejecting mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a feedingmechanism, a plastering mechanism and a cement paste scrape-away mechanism. The lifting mechanism is installed on the workbench. The material conveying mechanism is rotationally connected with the lifting mechanism. The material ejecting mechanism is fixed to the lower side of the material conveying mechanism. The material ejecting mechanism comprises a feeding unit and a discharging unit. The pressing mechanism corresponds to the discharging unit. The feeding mechanism is fixed to the side face of the feeding unit. The plastering mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the material conveying mechanism. The cement paste scrape-away mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the feeding unit. The material conveying mechanism rotates and rises along with the lifting mechanism and performspaving and pasting and feeding of tiles synchronously in cooperation with the material ejecting mechanism. After the tiles are paved and pasted, the pressing mechanism hammers the tiles pasted on a wall, and cement paste squeezed out by hammering is scrapped away through the cement paste scrape-away mechanism for reuse. The technical problems that in the prior art, in the paving and pasting process of the tiles on the external wall, no rubber hammer is adopted for hammering, so that hollowing happens to the paved and pasted tiles, and tiles are not firm are solved.
