The invention discloses inorganic mineral polymeric fiber crystal halogen-free flame-retardant powder, which is prepared by adding expandable graphite with the fineness of 200-320 meshes, expanded vermiculite powder, aluminum hydroxide, silicon micro-powder, zirconium silicate powder, magnesium hydroxide, silicon nitride, diantimony trioxide, zinc borate, rutile titanium dioxide, sepiolite powderand zeolite powder into a stirrer according to a component ratio and stirring until the materials are uniform. According to the invention, the fireproof material with lasting flame retardance, insulation, heat insulation and high-temperature resistance is non-toxic, is white crystal powder, has no peculiar smell and is stable in gas, so that the polymer is separated from a heat source, and the flame retardant of the system is reduced; the temperature promotes dehydration and carbonization, free radicals generated by combustion can be combined to interrupt a chain reaction, and the functions offlame retardance, incombustibility, no open fire, no smoke abatement, no toxicity and no volatilization are achieved, so that the product is separated from a heat source to achieve the effects of nonflammable and noncombustible objects; and secondary harm of halogen to the environment is avoided, and the health of people is prevented from being influenced after the halogen is inhaled into the human body.
