The invention relates to a fabricated electric melting furnace lining prefabricated part and a preparation method thereof. The fabricated electric melting furnace lining prefabricated part comprises aheat-resistant steel lifting bolt and a plurality of furnace lining prefabricated blocks, fused magnesia castable is mainly used as a main raw material of the prefabricated blocks, and the castable is injected into a mold with the fixed lifting bolt; demoulding and drying are carried out after a prefabricated part is cured at room temperature; and then the dried prefabricated part is placed in ahigh-temperature furnace, and is fired, and cooled furnace lining prefabricated blocks are fabricated in sequence. The fired furnace lining precast blocks have good thermal shock stability and firingstrength, so that the fired furnace lining precast blocks can be repeatedly used for multiple times. The prefabricated part can be designed into a multi-layer and multi-block structure according to the height of an electric melting furnace and construction conditions. The method has the advantages of being simple in structure, and convenient to install, and the fabricated prefabricated block is high in strength, good in thermal stability and safe and reliable in production process.
本发明涉及一种装配式电熔炉内衬预制件及其制备方法,包括耐热钢吊装栓和多个炉衬预制块,预制块主要以电熔镁砂浇注料为主要原料,向固定好吊装栓的模具中注入浇注料;待预制件在室温养护后脱模干燥;再将干燥后预制件置于高温炉中烧成,冷却后炉衬预制块按顺序进行装配。经过烧成的炉衬预制块具有良好的热震稳定性和烧成强度,因此可以反复使用多次。该预制件装置可以根据电熔炉高度及施工条件,设计成多层、多块结构。本发明方法具有结构简单、安装方便,装配式预制块强度高、热稳定性好、生产过程安全可靠的特点。
