The invention provides a corundum-mullite porous brick for a roller kiln. According to the invention, the defects of the existing mullite brick are overcome, the working temperature is increased to 1350-1400 DEG C at present from 1200-1300 DEG C, the capacity of resisting high-temperature thermal shock and harmful gas erosion is greatly improved, and the service life of the mullite brick is greatly prolonged; talcum powder is added into the raw materials, so that the performance of the product is obviously improved, and the thermal shock resistance is improved when the product is in a compressive stress state; and by adding aluminum micro-powder with an alpha-type crystal form structure into the raw materials, a mullite-containing component of secondary mullite is formed on the surface ofthe mullite brick, so that the thermal shock resistance of the product is further improved, and the damage time is delayed.
本发明提供了一种辊道窑用刚玉莫来石孔砖,本发明解决了现有莫来石砖的缺点,工作温度由原来的1200℃‑1300℃上升到现在的1350℃‑1400℃,且耐高温热冲击和有害气体侵蚀的能力大大提高,大大延长了莫来石砖的使用寿命;本发明通过在原料中添加滑石粉,使制品性能得到了明显的改善,制品处于压应力状态下,抗热震性提高;通过在原料中加入晶型结构为α型的铝微粉,使莫来石砖表面形成次生莫来石的含莫来石成分,进一步增加制品的抗热震性,延缓了被破坏时间。
