Preparation method of ceramic support body
The invention relates to a method for preparing a needle-like mullite support body from a molecular sieve membrane synthesis waste liquid. The method comprises the following steps: doping a synthesiswaste liquid into ceramic aggregate according to a proper ratio, and carrying out in-situ reaction sintering on silicon elements contained in the synthesis waste liquid and aluminum oxide to prepare the mullite-phase porous ceramic support body with a needle-like structure. The method can be used for preparing the molecular sieve membrane, is beneficial to growth of the molecular sieve membrane, and can realize comprehensive utilization of waste liquid and reduce emission.
本发明涉及一种分子筛膜合成废液用于制备针状莫来石支撑体的方法，将合成废液以适当比例掺入到陶瓷骨料中，通过合成废液中所含的硅元与氧化铝的原位反应烧结制备具有针状结构的莫来石相的多孔陶瓷支撑体。可用于分子筛膜的制备，有利于分子筛膜的生长，另一方面可以实现废液的综合利用，减少排放。
