The concrete strip-shaped foundation is located on a concrete base layer of lower civil engineering professional construction, reserved steel bars extend out of the concrete base layer at intervals in the steel rail direction, the lower ends of the reserved steel bars extend into the concrete base layer, the upper ends of the reserved steel bars extend into the cast-in-place concrete strip-shaped foundation, and therefore the reserved steel bars and the cast-in-place concrete strip-shaped foundation are stably and safely connected into a whole.
