The present invention discloses a snow shovel capable of inhibiting snow flying. The snow shovel comprises a main vehicle body, a snow removing bucket and a snow restraining cover body, the snow removing bucket and the snow restraining cover body are both installed at the vehicle head of the main vehicle body, the snow removing bucket is located below the snow restraining cover body, and the snowrestraining cover body comprises a main cover body, an extending assembly and a hydraulic cylinder. According to the snow shovel capable of inhibiting snow flying, the snow restraining cover body cansuppress splashing of accumulated snow when the accumulated snow is shoveled; the extending assembly can extend or contract under the action of the hydraulic cylinder; when the extending assembly extends out, the extending assembly can inhibit snow from flying; the sight of a driver is prevented from being influenced by snow; the extending assembly comprises an extending rod, a snow blocking piece, a sliding plate, a shaft sleeve and a guide block. The guide block is used for guiding and limiting, the snow blocking piece is hung on the extending rod and can make contact with the upper edge ofthe main cover body all the time, when the hydraulic cylinder pushes out the snow blocking piece, the snow blocking piece can restrain accumulated snow from splashing when the accumulated snow is shoveled away, the sight of a driver is prevented from being affected by flying snow, and meanwhile the view of the driver is not affected by the snow blocking piece.
