The invention discloses a foundation pit supporting wall construction method. The foundation pit supporting wall construction method comprises the steps that a plurality of upper splicing wall platesand a plurality of lower splicing wall plates are prefabricated, connecting rods are pre-embedded in the upper end faces of the lower splicing wall plates, and butt-joint blind holes are formed in thelower end faces of the upper splicing wall plates; slurry blocking ribs are placed on the upper end faces of the lower splicing wall plates, and a high-strength grouting material is poured into a connecting gap defined by the slurry blocking ribs; the upper splicing wall plates are overlapped on the lower splicing wall plates, the connecting rods enter the butt-joint blind holes, and the high-strength grouting material inside the slurry blocking ribs is fully combined with the lower end faces of the upper splicing wall plates; a high-strength grouting material is poured into grouting holes, the high-strength grouting material in the connecting gap is solidified into a connecting block, the high-strength grouting material in the butt-joint blind holes is solidified into a bonding body connected with the connecting block into a whole, and thus the upper splicing wall plates and the lower splicing wall plates are connected into wall body units; and the wall body units are lifted and placed around a foundation pit, and the adjacent wall body units are fixedly connected into a supporting wall. The construction efficiency can be significantly improved, the compressive strength is improved, and a good waterproof effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种基坑支护墙施工方法,预制若干上、下拼接墙板,在下拼接墙板上端面预埋连接杆,上拼接墙板的下端面成型出对接盲孔,在下拼接墙板上端面放置挡浆筋条,在挡浆筋条围成的连接空隙内灌注高强灌浆料,将上拼接墙板叠合在下拼接墙板上,连接杆进入对接盲孔内,挡浆筋条内部的高强灌浆料与上拼接墙板的下端面充分结合,向灌浆孔内灌注高强灌浆料,连接空隙内的高强灌浆料固化成连接块,对接盲孔内的高强灌浆料固化成与连接块连接成一体的粘结体,从而使上、下拼接墙板连接成墙体单元,将墙体单元吊放到基坑的周围,并使相邻的墙体单元之间固定连接成支护墙。本发明可显著地提升施工效率,增加抗压强度,并具有良好的防水效果。
