Lattice type profile steel combined supporting system
The invention relates to a lattice type profile steel combined supporting system which is mainly used for horizontal supporting of foundation pit engineering. The lattice type profile steel combined supporting system comprises a purlin, supporting rod pieces, connecting components, a prestress loading device, a servo control device, a supporting beam and stand columns. The purlin is arranged at the ends or the inner sides of supporting piles/walls, the supporting rod pieces are supported on the purlin, and after the supporting piles/walls transmit soil pressure to the purlin, the soil pressureis balanced through the supporting rod pieces. The prestress loading device is arranged on the supporting rod pieces, and the servo control device controls the prestress loading device to adjust thesupporting shaft force. The supporting beam is arranged below the supporting rod pieces, the gravity and the upper construction load of the supporting rod pieces are balanced through the stand columns, and the stability of the supporting rod pieces is improved. All the components of the system are connected through bolts, field assembling and installing are achieved, and the construction efficiency is high; and after the service cycle of a foundation pit horizontal supporting structure is finished, all the components are used for the next engineering after being dismounted and overhauled, environment-friendly construction is achieved, and the construction cost is effectively reduced.
本发明涉及一种格构式型钢组合支撑系统,主要用于基坑工程的水平支护,包括:围檁、支撑杆件、连接构件、预应力加载装置、伺服控制装置、托梁、立柱。围檁布置于支护桩/墙端部或内侧,支撑杆件支顶于围檁,支护桩/墙将土压力传递至围檁后,通过支撑杆件予以平衡。支撑杆件上设置预应力加载装置,并通过伺服控制装置控制预应力加载装置调整支撑轴力。托梁布置于支撑杆件下方,通过立柱平衡支撑杆件的重力和上部施工荷载,提高支撑杆件的稳定性。该系统各构件之间通过螺栓连接,现场装配安装,施工效率高,在基坑水平支护结构的使用周期结束后,各构件拆除、检修后用于下一工程,实现绿色施工,有效降低施工成本。
