The invention discloses an integrated wallboard prefabricated house. The prefabricated house comprises four corner stand columns fixed on the ground and an integrated outer wall provided with doors and windows, wherein adjacent framework stand columns of the integrated outer wall are covered with perforated U-shaped steel, the integrated outer wall is fixed successively by various connecting parts, and upper floor beams, roof beams, an aisle bracket and a canopy bracket are connected through bolts. Compared with a conventional prefabricated house, field assembly of the wall is changed into factory assembly, the integration degree of factory prefabrication is higher, and the mounting speed is higher; the dismounting and mounting loss rate is lower; the perforated U-shaped steel is increasedor reduced flexibly, besides, integrated wallboards can be packaged and transported, so that damage of the boards in a transporting process is avoided; and the repeated utilization rate is increased,and the integrated wallboard prefabricated house is more energy-saving and more environmentally friendly.
本发明公开了一种集成墙板活动房，包括固定于地面四根角立柱、设置有门窗的集成外墙，集成外墙相邻框架立柱用打孔U型钢覆盖，通过各种连接件将集成外墙逐次固定，并通过螺栓连接上楼面梁，屋面梁、走道托架、雨棚托架，本发明同以往活动板房相比，墙体现场组装变为工厂组装，工厂预制化集成化程度更高，安装速度更快捷；拆装损耗率更低；根据不同承重要求，灵活增减打孔U型钢，另外集成墙板可以打包运输，避免了板材运输过程中的损坏；提高了重复利用率，更加的节能环保。
