The invention relates to a metal and spring rubber composite damper. The damper comprises a metal tube and connecting parts located at two ends of the metal tube respectively, wherein grooves are formed in the two connecting parts, end parts of the metal tube are fixed and sealed in the grooves, spring-rubber is arranged in an inner cavity of the metal tube and comprises a spring which is arrangedvertically and rubber filling and covering the spring.
