The invention provides an installation structure of a fabricated large-plate suspended ceiling, and further provides an installation method of the installation structure of the fabricated large-platesuspended ceiling. The installation structure includes adjusting screw rods, main keel hanging hook pieces, a main keel, a connecting fastener, a base keel and a base plate, the adjusting screw rods are perpendicular to a roof wall of a house and the tops of the adjusting screw rods are fixedly installed on the roof wall of the house, top plates of the main keel hanging hook pieces are fixedly installed on the adjusting screw rods, two side plates and a bottom plate of each main keel hanging hook piece form a mounting groove, the main keel is arranged in the mounting grooves in a penetrating mode, the upper part of the connecting fastener is connected to the main keel in a clamped mode and a hooking connecting part is arranged on the lower part of the connecting fastener, the base keel isslidably connected to the hooking connecting part, the main keel is perpendicular to the base keel, elastic buckle grooves arranged in own length direction are formed in the bottom of the base keel, the edges of a pair of sides of the base plate are bent to form two chamfer edges, and the chamfer edges are connected into the elastic buckle grooves in a clamped mode. Compared with the prior art, the installation structure of the fabricated large-plate suspended ceiling has the advantages of short construction period, good visual effect of the finished surface of a veneer, convenient adjustmentand the like.
