The invention discloses a novel building outer wall heat-preservation structure, which comprises a wall body. A coil-pipe-shaped pipeline groove is dug in the wall body, a pipeline is embedded in thepipeline groove, the outer side of the wall body is provided with a heating box, a water outlet of the heating box is connected with the water inlet end through a water supply pipe, and a water returnopening of the heating box communicates with the water outlet end through a water return pipe; the pipeline groove of the wall body is covered with a first waterproof layer, the first waterproof layer is covered with a shattering prevention layer, a second waterproof layer is arranged on the upper part of the shattering prevention layer, and the surface of the second waterproof layer is painted with a facing layer; a heating pipe is fixedly arranged in the heating box through bolts, a water pump is fixed to the top of the heating box through bolts, and the water pump is located on the water supply pipe; and the pipeline is a hose, and a plurality of arc-shaped notches which are mutually spaced are dug in the front side of the pipeline, and the arc-shaped notches are covered with metal sheets with good heat conductivity in a glued mode. According to the novel building outer wall heat-preservation structure, a wall is heated through the heating pipeline, so that the heating effect is better, and the heating pipeline is convenient to replace by selecting the hose.
