Thermal insulation ground structure of concrete building
The invention relates to a thermal insulation ground structure of a concrete building. The thermal insulation ground structure of the concrete building comprises a base layer, a heat preservation layer, a supporting heating layer and a floor layer, wherein the base layer, the heat preservation layer, the supporting heating layer and the floor layer are arranged in sequence from bottom to top. A rubber-plastic board is adopted in the heat preservation layer laid on the base layer, and the rubber-plastic board weakens the heat transferred from the supporting heating layer to the base layer, so that the purpose of improving the thermal insulation performance of the ground structure is achieved. The supporting heating layer comprises a supporting plate and a heating pipe. The supporting plateand the heating pipe are alternately arranged on the horizontal plane, a heat transfer pipe and a return pipe are separately arranged at the two ends, in the length direction, of the supporting plate,the heat transfer pipe and the return pipe are laid perpendicular to the supporting plate, two ends of the heating pipe are separately connected to two ends of the heating pipe, a riser assembly is arranged on the side, close to the heat transfer pipe, of the floor layer, a flow-guiding channel is arranged in the riser assembly, and vent holes are formed in the upper end of the heat transfer pipein the length direction at intervals. The thermal insulation ground structure of the concrete building has the effect of guiding the heating to the upper part of the floor layer, the heating rate ofthe floor layer is improved, and the comfort of floor heating is improved.
本发明涉及一种混凝土建筑保温地面结构，包括由下至上依次设置有的基层、保暖层、支撑供暖层以及地板层，在基层上铺设的保暖层采用橡塑板，橡塑板削弱支撑供暖层中的热量向基层传导，即实现提升地面结构保温性能的目的，支撑供暖层包括支撑板以及供暖管，支撑板与供暖管在水平面上交替设置，并且在支撑板长度方向的两端分别设置有输暖管和回流管，输暖管与回流管均垂直于支撑板铺设，供暖管的两端分别连接于输暖管和回流管中，在地板层上靠近设置有输暖管的一侧安装有踢脚组件，踢脚组件内设置有引流道，并且在输暖管上端且沿其长度方向间隔开设有通风孔。本发明具有将暖气引导至地板层上方，加速对地板层加热的速率，提升地暖舒适性的效果。
