The device comprises a sleeve rod, wherein a connecting rod is arranged at the top end of the sleeve rod, a threaded rod extending into the sleeve rod is connected to the bottom end of the connecting rod, a cleaning head is connected to the top end of the connecting rod through a damping rotating shaft, a connecting piece is connected to one side of the clearing head, a groove is formed in one side of the connecting piece, an inclined plate is arranged in the groove, the outer surface of the connecting pieceis connected with the inclined plate through a fastening bolt, a cleaning brush is connected to one side of the inclined plate, a portable flowing slurry clearing tool for the concrete wall surface isprovided with a dust guide opening, a connecting bolt and a dust collecting air bag, when a user uses the clearing tool to clear flowing slurry on the concrete wall surface to generate powder and raise dust, the raise dust and the powder can enter the dust collecting air bag through the dust guide opening and the connecting bolt to be collected, and therefore the situation that the raise dust andthe powder drift around and pollutes the construction environment is avoided.
