The invention relates to an outdoor communication device stable in installation. The outdoor communication device comprises a main body, at least two wireless receiving devices and at least two reinforcing ropes, and further comprises a take-up mechanism and an anti-climbing mechanism, wherein the take-up mechanism comprises a shell, a power assembly, at least two clutch assemblies and at least two winding assemblies, each clutch assembly comprises a reinforcing shaft, second drive teeth, a drive sleeve and an air cylinder, and the anti-climbing mechanism comprises a drive assembly, a transmission shaft, a moving rod, two connecting sleeves, two guiding rods and at least two stress rods. According to the outdoor communication device stable in installation, the reinforcing ropes are shortened and lengthened by means of the take-up mechanism, so that the inclination angle of a communication iron tower is adjusted under the action of the reinforcing ropes, the communication iron tower cankeep a vertical state, and stability of the communication iron tower is improved; and by means of the anti-climbing mechanism, retraction and release of each stress rod can be realized, and therefore, difficulty for irrelevant personnel to climb to the communication iron tower is increased.
