An environment monitoring module is used for monitoring the expressway environment information and transmitting the monitored environment information to a data processing module, the data processing module is used for setting a threshold, storing and receiving the environment information sent by theenvironment monitoring module, selecting a corresponding control strategy after comparing the received environment information with a set threshold value and transmitting to a main control module, andthe main control module controls the light-emitting delineators which are arranged on an expressway at intervals and can emit multiple colors to emit different colors for vehicle induction reminding.By utilizing the light-emitting delineators which are arranged on the expressway and can emit multiple colors, and combining the multi-data fusion analysis and decision of the expressway environmentinformation, the intelligent active light-emitting induction is carried out on the drivers driving on the expressway, the alertness of the drivers is improved, the purpose of reducing the accident rate of the expressway is achieved, and then the safety of a traffic system is improved.
