The invention discloses an intelligent cabinet with a self-locking function, and relates to the technical field of intelligent cabinets. The cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door, a rectangular groove matched with the cabinet door is formed in the storage opening of the cabinet body; the cabinet body comprises side plates; the cabinet door is hinged to the cabinet body through a hinge rod. First blind holes are formed in the top face and the bottom face of the cabinet body respectively, and a clockwork spring is fixed between the inner surface of each first blind hole and the peripheral side face of the corresponding hinge rod. Lock openings are symmetrically formed in the side faces of the side plates. And a second blind hole is formed in the side surface of the side plate.The cabinet door is rotated through the elastic force of the clockwork spring; the lock ring penetrates through the lock opening and is in contact with a first inclined plane on the arc-shaped lock rod, the sliding plate extrudes the elastic element to move upwards under the guidance of the T-shaped sliding groove, then the lock ring and the arc-shaped lock rod are in inserted connection under theelasticity of the elastic element, the driving rod and the driven rod are in inserted connection, and the cabinet door is automatically locked with the cabinet body; in the process, self-locking of the intelligent cabinet can be achieved, articles of people are prevented from being lost, and economic losses of people are reduced.
本发明公开了一种具有自锁功能的智能柜,涉及智能柜技术领域。本发明包括柜体和柜门;柜体的存放口处开有与柜门相适配的矩形槽;柜体包括侧板;柜门通过铰接杆与柜体相铰接;柜体的顶面和底面分别开有第一盲孔,第一盲孔的内表面与铰接杆的周侧面之间固定有一发条弹簧;侧板的侧面对称开有锁口;侧板的侧面开有一第二盲孔。本发明通过发条弹簧的弹力来使柜门转动,而锁环贯穿锁口并与弧形锁杆上的第一斜面相接触,而滑动板在T型滑槽的导向下将挤压弹性元件向上运动,之后又在弹性元件的弹力下,致使锁环与弧形锁杆形成插接,主动杆与从动杆插接,则柜门自动与柜体锁合;此过程可实现智能柜的自锁,避免人们的物品丢失,降低人们的经济损失。
