Antifouling anti-blocking micro-scale ultrafiltration membrane device
The invention relates to a filter membrane device, particularly relates to an antifouling anti-blocking micro-scale ultrafiltration membrane device, and aims to solve the problems that an existing filter membrane is generally of a hole type membrane filament structure, membrane holes and the surface of the membrane are easy to deposit and block after long-term use, and the membrane needs to be replaced periodically. The device comprises a membrane frame and a plurality of micro-scale membrane bundles, wherein the plurality of micro-scale membrane bundles are fixed in the membrane frame in parallel at equal intervals; each micro-scale membrane bundle comprises a membrane keel and a plurality of pairs of micro-scale membranes; each membrane keel comprises a keel outer pipe and a transmissionrod, and the transmission rod is sleeved with the keel outer pipe; a plurality of pairs of inserting grooves are formed in the side wall of each keel outer pipe, the paired inserting grooves are symmetrically formed with the middle axis of the keel outer pipe as the symmetry axis, and the inserting grooves located on the same side are distributed on the same straight line at equal intervals. Eachpair of inserting grooves corresponds to the pair of the micro-scale membranes, and the roots of the micro-scale membranes penetrate through the inserting grooves to be hinged to the transmission rods; when the transmission rods move in the axial direction of the transmission rods, the transmission rods can move relative to the keel outer pipes, and the roots of the micro-scale membranes are pulled.
本发明的一种防污抗堵微鳞超滤膜装置涉及一种滤膜装置,目的是为了克服现有的滤膜一般为孔洞式膜丝结构,长期使用膜孔和膜表面容易沉积堵塞,需要定期更换的问题,包括膜框和多条微鳞膜片束;多条微鳞膜片束平行且等间隔固定于膜框中;微鳞膜片束包括一根膜龙骨和多对微鳞膜片;膜龙骨包括龙骨外管和传动杆,且龙骨外管内套装有传动杆;龙骨外管的侧壁开设有多对插槽,成对的插槽以龙骨外管的中轴为对称轴对称设置,且位于同一侧的插槽等间距分布在同一条直线上;一对插槽对应有一对微鳞膜片,微鳞膜片的根部穿过插槽与传动杆铰接;当传动杆沿自身轴向移动,能够使得传动杆相对于龙骨外管位移,并拉动微鳞膜片的根部。
