The invention relates to the technical field of high-temperature oxidation resistance of carbon-carbon thermal structure materials. The invention discloses a carbon-carbon thermal structure material with a high-temperature oxidation-resistant coating. The carbon-carbon thermal structure comprises a carbon-carbon thermal structure body, wherein the carbon-carbon thermal structure body is wrapped ina sealed cavity of a silicon carbide-silicon high-temperature anti-oxidation coating. The front face of the carbon-carbon thermal structure body is coated with a silicon carbide coating and the backface of the carbon-carbon thermal structure body is coated with a silicon coating, wherein the silicon carbide coating located on the front face and the silicon coating located on the back face are fixedly connected with the front face part and the back face part of the silicon carbide-silicon high-temperature anti-oxidation coating respectively. The technical problem that a carbon-carbon thermalstructure material is prone to oxidation failure when used in a high-temperature aerobic environment is solved.
