The invention discloses an odorless asphalt mixture, a preparation method thereof and an application of the odorless asphalt mixture on a pavement, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out low-temperature plasma modification on a graphdiyne nano material to obtain a graphdiyne modified solution; mixing 1-10 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide, 1-2 parts by weight of TEOS, 1-5 parts by weight of vegetable oil, 1-10 parts by weight of SBS and 1-2 parts by weight of an odor inhibitor to obtain an asphalt composite modifier; heating the matrix asphalt to 150 to 170DEG C; then adding an asphalt composite modifier and graphdiyne modification liquid; wherein the weight ratio of the matrix asphalt to the asphalt composite modifier to the graphdiyne modification liquid is 100: (1-5): (10-25), shearing and heating to 185-220 DEG C, shearing and swelling for 0.5-2 hours, then cooling to 170-180 DEG C to obtain the odorless asphalt mixture, drying and packaging toobtain the odorless asphalt mixture. By selecting a novel nano material graphdiyne, compared with traditional materials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes, the optimization efficiency of the performance of the odorless asphalt is higher.
本发明公开了一种净味沥青混合料及其制备方法以及在路面上的应用,对石墨炔纳米材料进行低温等离子体改性,得到石墨炔改性液;将1‑10重量份的氢氧化镁,1‑2重量份的TEOS,1‑5重量份植物油,1‑10重量份的SBS,1‑2重量份的气味抑制剂混合,得到沥青复合改性剂;将基质沥青加热至150‑170℃,然后加入沥青复合改性剂和石墨炔改性液,基质沥青,沥青复合改性剂和石墨炔改性液的重量比为100:1‑5:10‑25,剪切升温至185‑220℃,剪切溶胀0.5‑2h后降温至170‑180℃,得到净味沥青混合物,干燥,包装后即可获得净味沥青混合料。通过选择新型纳米材料石墨炔,其相较于传统的石墨烯以及碳纳米管等材料,对于净味沥青性能的优化效率更高。
