The device is technically characterized by comprising a shell, a feeding port and a base, the bottomof the shell is fixed to the base, a conveying pump is fixedly installed at the bottom of the right side of the shell, and the conveying pump is rotationally connected with a feeding assembly; according to the device of the invention, the stirring assembly is arranged; asphalt in the shell is fully stirred and mixed, meanwhile, the reset assembly is further arranged, buffer protection on the movable plate is achieved through the reset assembly, reset force can be provided for the position adjusting mechanism, the inclination angle of the feeding pipe is flexible and adjustable, and therefore the asphalt laying range is adjusted.
