The invention relates to a road repairing device, and in particular to a stepped slotting road repairing device. The device comprises a protection mechanism, a main plate mechanism, a grooving mechanism and a collecting mechanism. The device can perform stepped cutting on a damaged pavement; the device can collect and clean cut waste and prevent dust diffusion, the protection mechanism is fixed tothe front portion of the main board mechanism, the grooving mechanism is fixed to the middle of the main board mechanism, and the collection mechanism is fixed to the rear portion of the main board mechanism.
