The structure comprises a butt strap, a bridge abutment, a protective steel plate and an air column, a support is arranged on the upper end face of the bridge abutment, the two ends of the butt strap are arranged at the upper ends of the support and the air column respectively so as to be connected with a bridge body and a roadbed, the bottom of the air column is fixed to the protective steel plate through a connecting piece, and the two ends of the protective steel plate are fixedly connected with the bridge abutment and the roadbed. The two ends of the butt strap are arranged at the upperends of the bridge abutment and the air column correspondingly; the connection with a bridge body and a roadbed is realized; when the height of the roadbed is changed, the air columns can be elongated or shortened by inflating or deflating the air columns, so that the height of the butt strap is adjusted, the height difference caused by roadbed settlement and the height difference caused by laterroad repair are self-adapted, stable transition between the bridge abutment and the roadbed is guaranteed, and the phenomenon of bump of the bridge abutment is avoided.
