Assembling structure and method for prefabricated bent cap and prefabricated stand column of portal pier
The invention discloses an assembling structure and method for a prefabricated bent cap and a prefabricated stand column of a portal pier. The assembling structure comprises the prefabricated bent capand the prefabricated stand column. A plurality of reserved pipelines or holes are formed in the end, connected with each prefabricated stand column, of the prefabricated bent cap. The upper end of each prefabricated stand column is provided with a plurality of cluster type steel bars matched with the multiple reserved pipelines or holes. The upper half part of each bundled reinforcing steel baris arranged in the corresponding reserved pipeline or hole and is fixed by grouting; and the upper end of each prestressed thick steel bar extends out of the upper end of the bundled steel bar, passesthrough the corresponding reserved pipeline or hole, and is tensioned and anchored on the top surface of the corresponding prefabricated bent cap. During splicing, a high-strength shrinkage-free mortar cushion layer is wetted and laid on a splicing surface, and a prefabricated bent cap is erected; then, each prestressed thick steel bar is tensioned; and after grouting is completed, grouting is conducted on each reserved pipeline or hole. By means of the method, rapid and flexible prefabrication and assembly of the large-span portal pier bent cap and the stand column can be achieved.
本发明公开了门式桥墩预制盖梁与预制立柱的拼装构造及拼装方法,包括预制盖梁和预制立柱;预制盖梁与每一预制立柱连接的端部均设有若干预留管道或孔洞;每一预制立柱的上端均设有与若干预留管道或孔洞匹配的若干集束式钢筋;每一集束式钢筋的上半部设置于相应的预留管道或孔洞,并灌浆固定;每一预应力粗钢筋的上端从集束式钢筋的上端伸出,经过相应的预留管道或孔洞,张拉锚固于相应的预制盖梁的顶面。拼装时,先在拼接面湿润铺设高强无收缩砂浆垫层,并架设预制盖梁;然后,张拉每一预应力粗钢筋;完成后,对每一预留管道或孔洞进行灌浆。本发明的应用可实现大跨径门式桥墩盖梁与立柱的快速、灵活预制装配。
