The invention provides an anti-falling and anti-breaking dotting device for road and bridge construction. The anti-falling and anti-breaking dotting device comprises a main body, a measuring tape, a pull rod, a connecting piece, a middle rod, an impact rod and an inserting rod. The main body is of a rectangular structure, and a push rod is arranged behind the top end of the main body; the main body comprises a placing groove, a control groove and a middle groove; two rectangular long-strip-shaped placing grooves are formed in front of the top end of the main body, and rubber clamping blocks of arc-shaped structures are arranged in the placing grooves; a control groove is formed in the middle of the rear end of the main body; the middle rod is used for being mounted in the middle groove. When line drawing, dotting and punching dotting need to be conveniently replaced, an impact rod or an insertion rod can be conveniently inserted into the middle rod for rapid dotting, and the middle rod is of a cylindrical tubular structure, so that the impact rod or the insertion rod can be inserted more rapidly and conveniently, and therefore installation and use are convenient.
