The invention relates to an automatic spraying maintenance device for concrete bridge piers, which comprises a support frame annularly arranged around the bridge pier, a plurality of support legs areobliquely arranged on the inner side of the support frame along the radius radiation direction, the free ends of the support legs are in contact with the surface of the bridge pier through support wheels, and the support wheels can only roll along the vertical direction; a lifting truss which is annularly arranged around the pier and is connected with the supporting frame in a relative rotating mode, and a plurality of water spraying pipes are annularly arranged on the lifting truss; an automatic adjusting device which is arranged on the lifting truss and drives the water spraying pipe, and itis guaranteed that the distances between the atomization nozzles and the pier are equal; a rotating device which is arranged at the top of the pier and comprises a rotating disc and a plurality of mounting plates annularly and evenly arranged on the rotating disc, and vertical rods are arranged between the mounting plates and the lifting truss and used for driving the lifting truss and the rotating disc to rotate synchronously; and a second steel wire, one end of the second steel wire rope is tied to the lifting truss, and the other end of the second steel wire rope is connected with a wincharranged on the rotating device.
