The invention discloses a concrete lining reinforcing structure of a corrugated steel web box girder bridge. The structure comprises a concrete top plate, a concrete bottom plate is arranged on the lower portion of the concrete top plate, and a corrugated steel web is installed between the concrete bottom plate and the concrete top plate. An axisymmetric internal supporting space is formed among the concrete top plate, the concrete bottom plate and the corrugated steel web, an inner groove and an outer groove which are of an isosceles trapezoid structure are formed in the bent position of thecorrugated steel web, and a concrete outer lining is arranged in the outer groove of the corrugated steel web and is of an isosceles trapezoid structure. The concrete outer lining is arranged at the outer groove of the corrugated steel web; the concrete outer lining and the groove of the corrugated steel web are embedded with each other and are fixed with each other through bolts, meanwhile, the fixing seat is installed outside the concrete outer lining, the reinforcing rib is inserted and fixed in the fixing seat, the reinforcing rib is connected with the concrete top plate and the concrete bottom plate, and the supporting strength of the corrugated steel web is improved.
