The invention discloses a blowing and sucking machine which comprises a shell and an air sucking pipe arranged at the front end of the shell, and a motor and centrifugal fan blades of an output shaftof the motor are further arranged in the shell; and a crushing mechanism which is provided with a staggered cutting assembly for crushing fallen leaves. The blowing and sucking machine has the following advantages and effects that through the effect of the staggered cutting assembly, the blowing and sucking machine can effectively conduct comminuted cutting on fallen leaves and some hard impurities. And on the other hand, damage to the internal structure of the equipment is effectively avoided, meanwhile, the impurity collecting amount of the equipment can be increased, replacement and cleaning times are reduced, and single-time use time is prolonged.
