A ring-shaped airfoil-shaped cavity sleeves a main body cavity, and the ring-shaped airfoil-shaped cavity and the main body cavity are connected by a plurality of connecting rods, and a pump water outlet pipe is installed in the main body cavity in a penetrating mode, andthe outlet end of the pump water outlet pipe is connected with an annular water distribution pipe in a penetrating mode; a motor is installed in a motor cover, and a cover is connected and fixed to the upper end of the main body cavity through a first bolt; an electric wire of the motor is arranged on a winding pipe in a winding mode after penetrating through a threading pipe and a threading holein sequence, and the winding pipe is fixed to a thread loop in a penetrating mode. The principle that the water flow does not freeze in the flowing state is adopted to achieve the purpose of breakingthe ice for the gate equipment of water intake structures such as rivers, reservoirs and sewage treatment plants.
