The filler is arranged in the soft body cavity. The protection cover is arranged outside the soft body cavity. Theprotection cover is fastened through the protection cover connecting bolts. The diffusion block is connected with the outside of the protection cover. The friction plate is arranged on the diffusionblock. The filler is made of PE plastic hollow balls or plastic pipes, high-damping rubber particles, elastic cement mortar, ceramsite, polyurethane foam, polyurethane aluminum foam, polystyrene granular mortar and combinations thereof. The collision prevention device has the advantages of being economical, durable in use, easy to replace and low in maintenance rate.
