Backfill foundation with hydrophobic layer
The invention provides a backfill foundation with a hydrophobic layer. The backfill foundation comprises a foundation pit, backfilled soil layers, a first isolation layer and a gravel layer. During construction, the foundation pit is excavated firstly, a plurality of construction pipes are formed on the bottom surface of the foundation pit through pouring by using concrete, then backfilling of thegravel layer is performed on the foundation pit, and after the backfilling height of the gravel layer meets the construction requirement, the first isolation layer is laid on the upper surface of thegravel layer; then soil backfilling is performed on the upper surface of the first isolation layer to form the backfilled soil layers; in the soil backfilling process, the backfilled soil layers arerammed layer by layer through a soil ramming device so as to reduce the situation that the foundation is unstable due to the fact that the bottoms of the backfilled soil layers are not rammed; the gravel layer can effectively make water permeating downwards from the backfilled soil layers seep to the underground environment, the situation that rubber soil is caused due to the fact that the water in the backfilled soil layers cannot be drained is further reduced, the construction quality is greatly improved, and the situation that the construction period is prolonged due to the fact that construction does not reach the standard is reduced.
本发明提供了一种带疏水层的回填地基,包括:地基基坑、回土层、第一隔离层和砂石层,施工时,首先开挖地基基坑,在地基基坑的底面利用混凝土浇筑出多个施工管,再对地基基坑进行砂石层回填,当砂石层回填高度达到施工要求后,在砂石层上表面铺设第一隔离层;接着,在第一隔离层上表面进行回填土,使其形成回土层;在回填土过程中,利用夯土装置对回土层进行逐层夯实,以减少回土层的底部没有夯实造成地基不稳定的情况;所述砂石层能够有效将所述回土层向下渗透的水进行渗流至地下,进一步减少回土层的水不能排出,造成橡皮土的情况,大大提高了施工质量,以及减少因施工不达标延长施工周期的情况。
