The invention provides a pile foundation protection tube guide positioning device which comprises a base (100) and a main support post (200) vertically arranged in the center of the base, wherein a guide structure and a positioning structure are arranged on the peripheral side of the main support post (200); the guide structure comprises upper transverse frames (300) and guide rollers (310); the fixed end of each upper transverse frame (300) is fixedly arranged on the main support post (200), and the free end of each upper transverse frame (300) is provided with the guide roller (310) throughan elastic component (500); the positioning structure comprises lower transverse frames (400) and positioning rollers (410); the fixed end of each lower transverse frame (400) is fixedly arranged on the main support post (200) and under the upper transverse frames (300); and the free end of each lower transverse frame (300) is provided with the positioning roller (410). The position regulation ofa protection tube in the placing process is assisted by the guide structure, and the final accurate positioning of the protection tube is realized through the positioning structure.
