The invention discloses an anti-blockage grouting device for hydraulic engineering. The anti-blockage grouting device comprises a storage tube, wherein the top of the storage tube is fixedly connectedto a conveying device; the bottom of the storage tube is fixedly connected to a filter mechanism which communicates with the storage tube; the bottom end of the filter mechanism is fixedly connectedto a drive mechanism; and the filter mechanism and the conveying device are in transmission connection to the drive mechanism. The invention relates to the field of hydraulic engineering equipment. The anti-blockage grouting device for hydraulic engineering realizes filtering and screening impurities inside slurry through the filter mechanism, so that thick impurities are prevented from being adhered on the inner wall of a pipeline to cure to cause blockage, and therefore, grouting effect of the grouting equipment is improved; the conveying device realizes quantitative conveying effect, and conveying amount is matched with processing amount of the filter mechanism, so that problems such as unbalanced conveying flow of an outside conveying device are avoided, and equipment damages caused byunbalanced conveying pressure of an outside pipeline are avoided. The anti-blockage grouting device solves the problem that an existing grouting device for hydraulic engineering is liable to block.
