Recyclable assembly type deep foundation pit supporting structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a recyclable assembly type deep foundation pit supporting structure which comprises a prefabricated pipe pile, pendants and a hanging plate. Nuts with threads are embedded in the prefabricated pipe pile. Each pendant comprises a first connecting frame, a second connecting frame and a connecting disc which are used for being connected to the prefabricated pipe pile, whereinthe second connecting frame can be sleeved with the first connecting frame, a positioning device is arranged between the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame, the connecting disc isarranged on the second connecting frame, and the connecting disc is fixedly provided with a connecting bolt. By means of the recyclable assembly type deep foundation pit supporting structure, the surface of the prefabricated pipe pile is smooth, threaded holes provided with the pendants are prefabricated in the prefabricated pipe pile, after the prefabricated pipe pile is driven into the ground, the pendants and the hanging plate can be installed, after use is over, the hanging plate and the pendants can be demounted to be recycled, the prefabricated pipe pile can be pulled out through a pipepulling machine, and meanwhile the prefabricated pipe pile can also be recycled; and repeated use is facilitated, environment pollution is reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
