The invention relates to the technical field of soil and water conversation, in particular to an anti-skidding slope structure of an urban soil and water conservation revetment. A first reinforcing anchor rod horizontally extends into the slope surface of a mountain revetment, the slope surface of the mountain revetment downwards tilts by 45 degrees for dipping a second reinforcing anchor rod, thesecond reinforcing anchor rod extends into the bottom of the mountain revetment, the end part, at the slope surface, of the first reinforcing anchor rod is fixed to the end part, at the slope surface, of the second reinforcing anchor rod; both the first reinforcing anchor rod and the second reinforcing anchor rod are pre-stress anchor rods; the slope surface layout layer is stacked into a reinforcement stone cage with two-order steps; matrix soil is sprayed onto the two-order step slope surface to form a matrix slope; a water collecting slot is formed in a slope top; a water drainage channelis formed in a slope bottom; a plurality of water collecting pipelines and the plurality of reinforcing anchor rods are linked with the reinforcement stone cage on multiple positions, so that stackingwidth of the reinforcement stone cage can be reduced; and the matrix soil is sprayed onto the reinforcement stone cage, so that the reinforcement stone cage can be covered to meet urban beautification requirements.
