The invention provides a fabricated passing or non-passing leakage detecting pipe ditch. The fabricated passing or non-passing leakage detecting pipe ditch comprises a leakage detecting pipe ditch body and a water supply and drainage pipeline located in the leakage detecting pipe ditch body. The leakage detecting pipe ditch body is formed by sequentially connecting n main pipe barrels through first connecting pieces, wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 2, the first main pipe barrel is connected with a building outer wall, and the n

The water supply and drainage pipeline is one of plastic pipes, composite pipes and metal pipes and is formed by sequentially connecting k water supply and drainage branch pipes through second connecting pieces, wherein k is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and the water supply and drainage pipeline is erected in the leakage detecting pipe ditch body through a plurality of supporting structure. A limiting structure is further arranged between the leakage detecting pipe ditch body and the water supply and drainage pipeline, and the limiting structure is used for limiting the upper space, the left space and the right space positions of a drainage pipeline. The fabricated passing or non-passing leakage detecting pipe ditch has the advantages of light weight, convenient installation, high construction efficiency, good waterproofness, low cost and long service life.
