The invention relates to a refuse leachate collecting system for a simple landfill. The system comprises an ecological protecting system and a leachate collecting system. The ecological protecting system is located on the surface of the simple landfill, the ecological protecting system is provided with an ecological barrier layer, the ecological barrier layer directly covers the surface of a pollution source of the simple landfill, the leachate collecting system is provided with a leachate collecting ditch and a leachate adjusting pond, the leachate collecting ditch is distributed around the lowest side of the simple landfill, and the leachate collecting ditch and the pollution source are isolated by a water through wall, and the leachate adjusting pond is located at the lowest terrain ofthe simple landfill and communicates to the leachate collecting ditch. The refuse leachate collecting system for the simple landfill achieves purposes of controlling pollution and collecting the refuse leachate by way of surface layer covering and lower position collecting and provides a necessary front-end technology for treating the simple landfill.
