The invention discloses an oil seal recovery device for a toilet stool. The device comprises an oil-water separation device, an oil storage tank, a U-shaped pipe, a first valve, a connecting pipe, a flushing device, an elastic airbag and a controller, one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the oil-water separation device; the other end of the overflow pipe is connected with an overflow port formed in the toilet stool body; the first valve is mounted on the U-shaped pipe; one end of the U-shaped pipe is connected with the bottom of an excrement collecting area of the toilet stool body; the other end is connected with a blow-off pipeline; the flushing device is used for being connected with a toilet stool body. After the flushing device flushes the excrement collecting area, a water seal is formed in the excrement collecting area under the action of the U-shaped pipeline; sewage separated from the oil-water separation device is introduced into the blow-off pipeline through thefirst pipeline, oil seals with different thickness degrees can be separated through the device, the oil seals are recycled, waste of the oil seals is reduced, and the recycling rate of the oil seals is increased. In addition, the invention further discloses a toilet stool.
