A sewer pipe is arranged on the machine box in a vertical through mode. A vertical groove is formed in the left end wall of the sewer pipe. A lifting mechanism is arranged in the vertical groove. The lifting mechanism comprises a moving block capable of moving up and down in the vertical groove.
