Connecting method of assembly type concrete heat preservation wall and special connecting piece
The invention provides a connecting method of an assembly type concrete heat preservation wall. The connecting method comprises the following steps of 1) manufacturing a bolt nail, wherein the head part of the bolt nail is provided with a flange disc surface; 2) manufacturing an expansion pipe, wherein an inner thread is manufactured on the inner diameter of the expansion pipe, an outer wheel witha reverse thorn is manufactured on the outer diameter of the expansion pipe, and a notch is cut in the pipe body from top to bottom along the axis of the top of the expansion pipe; 3) pre-embedding the flange disc surface of the bolt nail in an outer leaf plate of a wall body, penetrating the expansion pipe through a heat preservation layer and extending into the range of an inner leaf plate of the prefabricated wall body, and pre-embedding the expansion pipe in an inner leaf plate; and 4) when the inner leaf plate and the outer leaf plate of the wall body are connected, inserting the bolt nail into the expansion pipe, and extruding the expansion pipe by the top of the bolt nail to enable the notch to expand outwards. The invention further provides a special connecting piece for the connecting method of the assembly type concrete heat preservation wall. A thorn-shaped bottom outer wheel is arranged at the bottom of the outer surface of the expansion pipe, a thorn-shaped top wheel is arranged at the top of the outer surface of the expansion pipe, the expansion pipe is provided with an inner thread, the inner diameter of the expansion pipe is gradually reduced from the bottom to thetop, and a notch is formed in the top of the expansion pipe; and a flange disc surface is arranged at the bottom of the bolt nail, an outer thread is arranged at the top of the bolt nail, and the length of the outer thread is larger than or equal to the length of the outer wheel at the top of the expansion pipe.
