According to the technical scheme, the steel bar truss in the conventional steel bar truss precast slab is closely attached to the lower surface of the precast slab in an inverted manner by changing the position of the steel bar truss, connecting steel plates with the positions in one-to-one correspondencewith the positions of embedded steel plates in the lower surface of the precast slab are welded to two upper chord steel bars of the truss, the connecting steel plates and the embedded steel plates are closely connected through connecting bolts, and the steel bar truss can be detached and repeatedly used; the midspan part of the precast slab protrudes downwards to form a lower arch, the midspan part of the steel bar truss protrudes upwards, prestress is applied to the precast slab and the steel bar truss after bolt connection, and opposite-pull screws capable of applying prestress are welded to the midspan parts of lower chord steel bars of the truss; and no steel bar stretches out of the upper surface and the periphery of the precast slab.
本发明公开了一种可拆卸的预应力钢筋桁架叠合板,涉及建筑结构领域,解决了现有钢筋桁架预制板钢筋桁架白白浪费、板跨度小、支撑偏多、板厚偏大、机电管线穿越困难、安装施工繁琐、工期延长、造价过高的问题。本发明采用的技术方案是:将常规钢筋桁架预制板中钢筋桁架改变位置倒置紧贴在预制板下表面,桁架的二根上弦钢筋焊有与预制板下表面内预埋钢板位置一一对应的连接钢板,二者通过连接螺栓紧密连接,钢筋桁架可拆卸多次使用,预制板跨中部位向下凸出形成下拱,钢筋桁架跨中部位向上起拱,螺栓连接后对预制板和钢筋桁架施加了预应力,桁架下弦钢筋跨中部位焊接可施加预应力的对拉螺杆。预制板上表面及板四周均无钢筋伸出。
