The embodiment of the invention relates to a construction process used for wall internal and external decoration. The construction process includes the steps that a first heat preservation integratedplate is installed at a preset position; at least one first part is connected to the top end of the first heat preservation integrated plate in an inserted manner; a protrusion is arranged on the upper portion of each first part; the first parts and fixed pieces are fixed through L-shaped fixing pieces; second parts are connected to the positions, corresponding to the first parts, of the bottom end of a second heat preservation integrated plate; an opening corresponding to the position of the corresponding protrusion is formed in each second part; and the second heat preservation integrated plate is installed above the first heat preservation integrated plate, and the protrusions of the first parts are inserted in the openings of the second parts. Two split matched hanging pieces are adopted for the construction process and are connected in an inserted manner, it is ensured that once the two hanging pieces are connected together in an inserted manner, the relative positions of the twoheat preservation plates can be precisely determined, and the construction process is greatly simplified.
