The invention discloses a cement mortar automatic leveling device which comprises a cement mortar primary leveling mechanism and a ground compacting mechanism. A stirring paddle is arranged in the advancing direction of the leveling device and is driven by a first motor to rotate, so that residual cement mortar in front of the leveling device is primarily leveled. Meanwhile, the ground compactingmechanism is arranged on the rear side of the stirring paddle, that is, a compacting plate and the stirring paddle are sequentially arranged in the advancing direction, the compacting plate is drivenby a first linear motor to move up and down, the cement primarily leveled by the stirring paddle is compacted, and the whole ground is leveled. Due to the design, the whole-process automation of leveling of the ground cement mortar is realized, no manpower is needed, efficiency is high, the leveling quality is not affected by skills of workers, and the ground leveling quality is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种水泥砂浆自动平整装置，本发明设置有水泥砂浆初步找平机构和地面压实机构，其中，将搅动桨沿平整装置的行进方向设置，通过第一电机带动搅动桨转动，进而将平整装置前方多余的水泥砂浆初步抹平。同时，本发明在搅拌桨的后方还设置有地面压实机构，即压实盘和搅拌桨沿行进方向依次设置，通过第一直线电机带动压实盘上下运动，将搅拌桨初步抹平的水泥砂浆压实，实现整个地面的抹平。通过上述设计，本发明对地面水泥砂浆的抹平全程自动化，无需人工，效率高，且抹平质量不会受到工人技术的影响，大大的提高了地面的抹平质量。
