The invention provides a supporting structure of a jacking platform and a jacking method of the jacking platform. The jacking platform comprises a supporting column, an upper box, a lower box and a jacking device, wherein an upper through cavity and a lower through cavity are formed in the supporting column, and a partition plate is formed between the upper cavity and the lower cavity; the upper box can move in the radial direction of the supporting column and is contained in the upper cavity, and the upper box is detachably installed on a wall through a first screw, a plurality of locking holes are formed in the wall in the vertical direction, and a first locking block inserted into one locking hole is connected to the outer portion of the upper box; the lower box can move in the axial direction of the supporting column and is contained in the lower cavity, the lower box is detachably installed on the wall through a second screw, a second locking block is telescopically installed on the outer portion of the lower box, and the second locking block is inserted into one locking hole; the jacking device is provided with a fixed end and a telescoping end, the fixed end is connected tothe lower box, and the telescoping end is connected to the partition plate. By means of the supporting structure, the problem that a high-rise building cannot use a traditional erection scaffold during construction is solved.
