The invention discloses a steel pipe support and an engaged type node connecting device thereof. The steel pipe support comprises a vertical rod, a horizontal rod, a plane inclined rod, a vertical face inclined rod and the node connecting device, wherein the node connecting device is composed of a socket, a horizontal rod plug, a plane inclined rod plug, a vertical face inclined rod plug and a plug pin; the socket is composed of eight socket single bodies and one single body connecting belt; the cross section of each socket single body is in a groove shape, the longitudinal section of each socket single body is in an isosceles trapezoid shape, and the short bottom of each socket single body faces outwards; each plug pin is provided with a socket connecting part matched with the socket single body in shape; and the plug pins are engaged with the socket. The engaged type node connecting device is adopted in the steel pipe support, under the normal load bearing effect, once the plug pinsare loosened, the plug pins can automatically move downwards to be locked by means of the slope characteristics of the plug pins, under the abnormal load bearing effect, when the plug pins move upwards, the plug pins and the socket can relatively slide in the engaged state to limit movement of the plug pins, node self-locking is achieved, the reliability of a support body is guaranteed, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
本发明公开了一种钢管支架及其咬合式节点连接装置,钢管支架包括立杆、水平杆、平面斜杆、立面斜杆和节点连接装置,节点连接装置由插座、水平杆插头、平面斜杆插头、立面斜杆插头和插销组成,插座由8个插座单体和1根单体连接带组成,插座单体横截面呈槽形、纵截面呈等腰梯形且短底朝外,各插头均具有与插座单体的外形匹配的插座连接部,插头与插座咬合。本发明提供的钢管支架采用咬合式节点连接装置,在正常受荷作用下,插销一旦松动立即会凭借自身的斜面特性自动下移锁紧,在异常受荷作用下,当插销出现向上移动的情况时,插头与插座在咬合状态下会相对滑动限制插销移动,实现节点自锁,保证了架体的可靠性,排除了安全隐患。
